While you can try to have support via phone call, I probably will not be able to answer you, because I need time to focus both the problem and the solution.

So, the best way to ask me for support is via e-mail. Please decribe the problem as accurate as you can, including any error message and code.

You will get an answer in your e-mail box as soon as possible, and your question may be included in the product faq list.

How do I receive a program?

All you have to do is open product page and download it.

Usually you will be able to download a big .EXE file for first time installation, a small .EXE file for version upgrade and, depending on the program you choosed, other files like database or configuration files... It will be clearly specified if other options are available.   (Back to Top)

How do I install a program?

Please run the file you downloaded and follow the instructions. If special settings / operations are required, it will be clearly stated both during installation procedure and in this site's program page.  (Back to Top)

Setup messages?

Mainly, you can encounter three kinds of messages during the setup process.

First:

The file you are tryin' to install is not newer than the one already present, with three options: Overwrite, Overwrite All, Skip.

This message means that you already have that file in your PC, and its version is newer than the version of the file included inside the setup package.

You should always choose the Skip option, so no library in your PC will be overwritten. Then, after setup termination, check to see if installed program runs: if it doesn't you have to run setup again, choosing the Overwrite option.

Second:

The file you are trying to install supports another language, with three options: Overwrite, Overwrite All, Skip.

This message means that you already have that file in your PC, but it doesn't support english language. Please be careful, because you can damage Windows itself substituting such a library.

You should always choose the Skip option, so no library in your PC will be overwritten.

Third:

Error in registering MSADO.TLB, with three options: Ignore, Retry, Stop.

This message means your system is not able to store a reference to that library inside the registry. But usually this happens because that library is already registered.

Hence, try to click the Ignore button: setup will probably terminate without further errors. If it doesn't you can try to install the Microsoft Data Access Engine (msdac_typ) and then install the program again. Usually this will fix the problem (Back to Top)

How do I run a program?

How do I pay for my program?

Please visit this page.  (Back to Top)

How long will you support the programs?

What you can buy here is a lifelong license for using the programs. This means that programs will be supported "forever". Unfortunately, my life will end sooner or later (and so will yours), so, please, give to the word forever its right meaning. Anyway, when (if ever) a program will no more be supported, I will send an e-mail to any registered customer, and will publish an advice on program page too. Of course, support is extended to freeware programs too.   (Back to Top)

Are updates free of charge?

Yes, forever. Any shareware program update will be notified to any registered customer, and published on programs page, along with update description, benefits and installation procedure.

Updates for freeware programs, update description, benefits and installation procedure will be published inside programs page.  (Back to Top)

Are programs copy protected?

No, they aren't, but shareware programs will only run in DEMO mode until you'll provide your personal activation code.  Any registered user will receive a personal activation code (please don't forget to include it in your messages/requests), so I can easily tracks products and customers.

The decision about becoming a supported customer or a thief is up to you.

Of course, freeware programs are not copy protected at all. (Back to Top)

Where can I get more help?

First, go to your program FAQ section, and try to search inside there.

If nothing applies to your problem, please send me an e-mail. I know that it is a tedious task, but, please, remember to add your personal code to your mail: it will be an help for me and, consequently, for you.

Interesting questions will be included in the program FAQ section.
