TOM 1.0 is a freeware
Pc application acting as a simple metronome.
All you have to do is select
the desired BPM value, click on the green START
button to hear the beats and click on the red STOP
button to halt it.
Please remember that the
more applications are running in your PC, the less timing
accuracy TOM will have.
